Lots of Jewels was launched on November 1st 2020 by Lot Krokaert, a now 22-year-old communication sciences student with a passion for jewellery. She creates jewellery she likes and thinks others would love to wear too to express themselves and add that little extra personal detail to their outfits.

• Kan ik een juweeltje personaliseren?
  • Dat kan zeker! Stuur me even een berichtje via Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp of stuur me een e-mail en dan zoeken we samen naar het perfecte juweeltje voor jou. Als je enkel de lengte van een juweeltje zou willen aanpassen kan je dat ook gewoon bij "Opmerkingen" vermelden als je je bestelling plaatst.
• ENG: Can I personalise a piece of jewellery?
  • You certainly can! Just send me a message via Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp or send me an e-mail and together we will find the perfect piece of jewellery for you. If you would only like to change the length of a piece of jewellery, you can also just mention it in "Comments" when you place your order.

• Ik weet niet wat mijn ringmaat is, wat nu?
  • Geen probleem, daar kan je zo achter komen! Neem een touwtje en meet de omtrek van je vinger. Meet vervolgens het touwtje (en dus de omtrek van je vinger) met een lat. Kijk tenslotte in de Size Chart welke maat bij jouw vingeromtrek hoort.
• ENG: I don't know what my ring size is, what now?
  • No problem, you can find out in no time! Take a piece of string and measure the circumference of your finger. Then measure the string (and thus the circumference of your finger) with a ruler. Finally, check the Size Chart to see which size fits your finger circumference.

• Hoe lang duurt het voor mijn juweeltjes zullen aankomen?
  • Ik maak en verstuur om de twee weken alle bestellinkjes die tot die dag geplaatst zijn. Als ik je juweeltjes af heb en je bestelling op de post doe krijg je een mail. Vanaf dit moment duurt het nog ongeveer 3 werkdagen voor het pakje in je bus zit.
• ENG: How long will it take for my jewellery to arrive?
  • Every two weeks I make and ship all the orders that are made up until that day. When I have finished your jewellery and sent your order to the post office, you will receive an e-mail. From this moment on, it takes about 3 working days for the parcel to arrive in your letterbox if you live in Belgium. It might take a little longer if you live somewhere else.

• Hoeveel kost verzending?
  • De verzendingskosten komen op €2,99 per bestelling in België. We verzenden ook buiten België binnen Europa. Dit kost €3,99 per bestelling.
  • Je kan je bestelling ook komen ophalen in Meise, dan hoef je geen verzendingskosten te betalen natuurlijk! Je kan hiervoor de optie "ophalen in Meise" selecteren bij het afrekenen van je bestelling.
• ENG: How much does shipping cost?
  • The shipping costs are €2.99 per order in Belgium. We also ship outside of Belgium in Europe. This costs €3.99 per order.
  • You can also pick up your order in Meise or Leuven, in which case you will of course not have to pay any shipping costs! You can select the option "pick up in Meise or Leuven" at the checkout of your order.

• Kan ik mijn bestelling terugsturen als ik niet tevreden ben?
  • Dat kan! Wij streven naar tevreden klanten dus als dit niet het geval is mag je de bestelde juweeltjes binnen de 14 dagen na ontvangst terugsturen (de kosten zijn voor de klant). Vanaf ik de retourzending ontvangen heb stort ik de centjes terug (na aftrek van de verzendingskosten).
• ENG: Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
  • You can! We aim for satisfied customers so if this is not the case you may return the jewellery you ordered within 14 days of receipt (the shippingcost is for the customer). Once I have received the return, I will refund the money (after deducting shipping costs).

• Hoe kan ik best mijn sieraden verzorgen?
  • Bijna al onze juwelen zijn gemaakt van niet-roestend of niet- (of zeer traag) verkleurend materiaal (roestvrij staal, percosia kralen, etc.), het is dus niet erg als de juwelen in contact komen met water maar ook bij deze juwelen vermijd je best bijtende producten zoals alcoholgel, parfum, zeep, haarspray, etc. Het al dan niet verkleuren hangt natuurlijk ook af van de huid van de persoon die ze draagt, bij sommige huidtypes zullen sieraden sneller verkleuren dan bij anderen.
• ENG: How can I best care for my jewellery?
  • Almost all our jewellery is made of non-rusting or non- (or very slowly) discolouring material (stainless steel, percosia beads, etc.), so it is not a problem if the jewellery comes in touch with water but even with this jewellery it is best to avoid corrosive products such as alcohol gel, perfume, soap, hair spray, etc. Whether or not it will discolour depends of course on the skin of the person wearing it, some skin types will discolour more quickly than others.

• Mijn pakketje is onderweg verloren gegaan, wat nu?
  • Lots of Jewels is niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele fouten tijdens de verzending. Vanaf het moment dat je de mail hebt ontvangen met de boodschap dat je bestelling onderweg is, is de verzending van het pakketje niet meer onze verantwoordelijkheid. De kans dat er onderweg iets misloopt met je bestelling is echter miniem. Moest dit toch het geval zijn mag je ons steeds contacteren via info@lots-of-jewels.be en wij zullen je dan zo goed mogelijk verder helpen.
• ENG: My parcel is lost in transit, what now?
  • Lots of Jewels is not responsible for any errors during shipment. From the moment you have received the email telling you that your order is on its way, the shipment of the package is no longer our responsibility. However, the chance of something going wrong with your order en route is minimal. Should this nevertheless be the case, you can always contact us via info@lots-of-jewels.be or social media and we will help you as best we can.

• Wat gebeurt er met mijn gegevens als ik ze deel bij het bestellen?
  • Je gegevens (naam, adres, betaalinformatie, etc.) zullen enkel gebruikt worden voor het afhandelen van je bestelling. Bij Lots of Jewels geven we om het beschermen van je privacy. Je gegevens zullen dus correct behandeld worden en in geen geval doorgegeven of verkocht worden.
• ENG: What happens to my personal details if I share them when ordering?
  • Your personal details (name, address, payment information, etc.) will only be used for processing your order. At Lots of Jewels, we care about protecting your privacy. Your data will therefore be treated correctly and will not be passed on or sold under any circumstances.
